BlueGirlHours is an internet alias created by Rosie Ruiz. This nickname was coined for her film photography Instagram account and has now grown to wear many different hats as it carries the majority of her online brand name.

Class of 2022, BlueGirlHours is a Texas Tech Alumni and went to the College of Media & Communication; obtaining her B.A. in Digital Media and Professional Communication. She has acquired many different skills that revolve around media and content creation. She specializes in social media strategy and online marketing.
